Your 1st Vegas hotel?

Mandalay Bay. I spoiled myself on the first trip.

About 34 years ago I stayed at the Flamingo, in one of those rooms out back (at the time) that overlloked the pool of a pool suite

30 years ago at the Holiday Inn Downtown or what they now call MSS.

1991 Vegas World, now Stratosphere. I knew somebody that knew Stupak and got a $20.00/night rate.

I think it was in 2003 we stayed at the Venetian.

1992, California hotel, broke my ********* on that, And a life of shame, decadence & corruption ever since. lol But.. isn't vegas about LV to the xtreme?

First trip around 1996 and stayed at Riviera. I remember that my parents used to go to Vegas all the time when I was a kid so I called my mom for advice. She recommended that when they bring me a free drink that I tip them.....a quarter. She said it was fine because they took so many drinks. Well, I did it....once....the look on her face let me know that it wasn't really appropriate! I watched others give a dollar and quickly adjusted my tip.

My second trip was booked at the Holiday Inn Boardwalk, next to the Monte Carlo. I really wanted to ride that ferris wheel out front! Little did I know that it was inoperable and the only riders were the stuffed dummies. The room wasn't much, but surprisingly, I actually enjoyed the place. Maybe because it was the only trip I got to take with my dad before he left us way too soon.

2006, Imperial Palace. My ex-wife still says the IP smells like dead hookers. We made the mistake of eating at the lunch buffet. I have never made that mistake again. We switched to Casino Royale midway through the trip, and the room there was actually an upgrade from IP. We were young and broke and really did not care though. It was about 3 weeks before the Stardust closed, so I fondly remember gambling there and at the Frontier, since I (correctly) figured it would be closed by my next visit. I have been to Vegas 7 times and just booked my 8th trip last night. My last two trips have been Wynn and Aria, so I have made up for my days of slumming it at IP.

First time, as a 19 year old with my family, was Circus Circus in 1979. First time, with my friends was at a place called the Mini Price, behind Bally's in 1982.

not sure what year it was but stayed at the MGM (tropicana and las vegas blvd) the first month they were open. NYNY was only a empty lot back then. i do miss the "OZ" theme they had back then and the original entrance.
