Game Malfunction

I entered today's Slot Tournament (Mystic - Play Chips) with a 5,000 PC buy-in. The game loaded, but when the screen appeared the countdown clock began but the Get Ready message stayed on the entire 5 minutes and I was unable to play. What happened??? When will my 5,000 PC's be put back into my account??
