It's time to beta test the LVA Casino!

At least you folks can get into the casino! Everytime I click on "Sign in with Facebook" I get NOTHING!! All I show is an error loading. I've tried it several times on different days. Do I have to have a NEW account? If so--WHY???? Can't I just be the same as my LVA account?????

Hi. It is currently required to create an additional account to access the LVA Casino. Creating an account is accomplished in only a few simple steps. You can even use your same password if you want. That way on return visits, only your email and password is required to log in.

When using Facebook to connect the first time, it should ask for your permission. Upon granting permission, you should be logged into the main lobby. On return visits, clicking the Facebook button logs you right in. If you send an email to player support, they are really good at diagnosing possible browser problems and getting you back on track.

Hello. Just a quick question.

After signing up on the first screen and creating a casino account, are we then able to create a user name? Or will our real name appear when we are playing the casino games? I was going to sign up, but stopped because I didn't know if my real name would appear.

11/27 Slot Tournament

Hit the "dreaded" 5 free spins during today's tournament once. It definitely is a punishment. How soon can we expect them to be programmed out of the timed slot tournaments?

You need to do some major adjustments to get this working. Was at the final table for poker in 2nd place for a cash prize tournament and the game closed due to inactivity. This seems to be a consistent issue with players either being booted from a table and no way to rejoin or a tournament ending once you get to the final table.

Disconnection situations are very important to us but are a complicated issue. We are constantly pushing code to tweak this experience. Ultimately, if you get disconnected, upon re-login you should be immediately placed back in your tournament. We pushed some code late Thanksgiving that should improve this experience.
