Disconnection situations are very important to us but are a complicated issue. We are constantly pushing code to tweak this experience. Ultimately, if you get disconnected, upon re-login you should be immediately placed back in your tournament. We pushed some code late Thanksgiving that should improve this experience.

Thanks for your response Brett. The tournament actually ended once everyone was moved to the final table.

Right. Big screw-up today. I came in late and couldn't get to the table. I think it's due to the new build. Working on it.

BAD NEWS - GOOD NEWS! The bad - hit the "dreaded" 5 free spins twice during today's tournament. How soon can we expect them to be programmed out of the timed slot tournaments? The good - still managed to win the tournament!

I find it difficult to increase your bet when playing Black Jack. The sliding scale is hard to control.

If you won a cash prize what is the fulfillment time frame? Not stressing over $10 more about beta testing the prize fulfillment process.

Hi, It all depends on the item. Physical goods can take 1 to 3 weeks but digital items should be weekly. Soon we'll be moving to our instant fulfillment which will issue any digital prize in real-time.

To anyone reading this post, remember that you have to claim your prize in order to receive it. After winning, just click on the MY PRIZES button in the top navigation. Validate any information requested. Your prize(s) will be listed on that page. Just click the claim button.

Once the prize is sent, the status of the prize will turn to "fulfilled" in your MY PRIZES section.

I just signed up for the casino today & would swear I saw a notice for a poker tournament tonight, 1/3/14 at 6PM & it was a free roll. Sign up was an hour before but now I cannot find it anywhere, the only one listed is for 1/6/14. Have I lost my mind?
