I like the site so far. Yes it has issues but most startups do. One reason they call it Beta testing. Props to Molly in customer service, thanks for your help. Yes I have crashed out of a tourney but logged out/in and been back on the felt in a couple of minutes. Saved chips for the others on the table
We need to be able to take player notes for the poker tourneys. Notes in the chat area are useless. We need to click on the player and store notes there.

What happened to the Super Fun Tournament? It was there-I signed up for it and now it's gone.....not on the list....is there an issue???

Hi Deetee,
Hope you were able to play. Registration typically opens 1 hour before the event (sometimes 2 for our biggest tournaments) but is usually listed in our tournament lobby up to two weeks in advance. Good luck at the tables.

It did take me to the tournament, but the problem is that none of the other "big" tournaments are showing(the Amazon gift cards and such). Is it one that if the tournaments hit a certain occupancy limit they don't show on the list any longer?

We currently do not offer tournaments for prizes in the following states: Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. You will only be displayed our play chip tournaments if you are located in these states. If not and you're are still having problems, send a note to [email protected] and they can help troubleshoot the situation.
