Hi, We will have our prize manager look into this today and someone will circle back with you. Digital prizes go out via email and on a rare occasion the prize ended up in their junk mail. So It's possible that the prize was not received for one of the following reasons:
- Spam filter blocked e-mail or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- E-mail was accidentally deleted
- E-mail address is no longer used or valid
Also since others may read this, prizes are only processed once a player selects the "Claim" button for the prize in the "My Prizes" area located int he top navigation.
We'll get this taken care of ASAP.
