Slot Tournament Screen Froze!

Today's slot tournament had a major problem. at least on my computer. Wheels did not spin - froze up twice (at 4:24 and 2:18) - then time was up (apparently). Looking at my total chips a few minute after the "end," it appears I finished 3rd, but if this is going to happen again, I don't see that this tournament worth the investment in time and chips. Is there are fix for this problem?

Based on my computer, the big LVA poker game today is a bust as well.....keep getting server errors....

Same thing for me too. No players at my table. Seems like the casino can't handle more than 300 people.

Same here. After winning all the blinds every hand because I was the only player not to be shown sitting out, the table disappeared and I can't get back into the casino. I was well on my way to winning first place.

We apologize for the issues today. The tournament was more popular than expected and maxed out our servers at Amazon (where we host). We expanded both our primary and reserve servers to help this but a number of people still had issues in the lobby and game. Keeping up to the high standards of LVA is very important to us and we continue to improve and evolve. We want nothing more than to create a great tournament experience for everyone. As one of pokers biggest fans, I can tell you personally that I have the highest expectations and want every game to be great. And we fell way short of that today.

I hope that you give it another shot. Anthony and I are planning more great tournaments in the future.
