Time frame on rewards?

What is the time frame on getting your rewards and how are they sent? I placed in a tournament this past weekend. I claimed my prize, but when I try to get further information I get a blank page. I will be in Vegas next week and it would be nice to have my prize. I have received no email confirmation or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Typically prizes that are "claimed" within a given week are fulfilled within 7 days. Sometimes faster. I see you won a Ellis gift card on Saturday. Congrats. Someone from Customer Support will be reaching out to you shortly to make sure you can take advantage of it.
