I am unable to access the games offered at the LVA Casino. I have called multiple times and finally received an e-mail from Brett Callap requesting info, this I received on the 22nd of April. I replied on the 26th of April giving him ALL of the requested info. I have not yet received a reply and I still cannot log on to the games. I called today and all I got was the runaround. They said I needed to e-mail Brett or Anthony to get an answer. Why??? Is there anyone who can/will resolve this issue? As a long time subscriber to the LVA, over 20 years, I have always gotten great service, until now. Thank you.
