Unable to access games...

I am unable to access the games offered at the LVA Casino. I have called multiple times and finally received an e-mail from Brett Callap requesting info, this I received on the 22nd of April. I replied on the 26th of April giving him ALL of the requested info. I have not yet received a reply and I still cannot log on to the games. I called today and all I got was the runaround. They said I needed to e-mail Brett or Anthony to get an answer. Why??? Is there anyone who can/will resolve this issue? As a long time subscriber to the LVA, over 20 years, I have always gotten great service, until now. Thank you.
It is now apparent that NO ONE at the LVA gives a damn about this problem. This lack of caring and concern will not be forgotten at renewal time. Thanks for nothing.
Another week has passed - without anything done to rectify this problem. So much for customer service....

Well, here it is the 24th, 8 days since my last posting. I received another e-mail from Brett on the 18th stating his request for "giving him another day" and he would circle back on the next step. I have heard nothing from him since. He also stated that "this is 100% me dropping the ball. Not Anthony Curtis." Be that as it may, I am STILL unable to access the games. I have always been a person who believes in what a person actually does, not in what they say. As of this moment, all that has been delivered is lip service. Thanks for nothing, Mr Brett Calapp.
We've put in another call. Trying to get it attended to. In case no one's noticed, we've had our issues with Web developers. Brett's one of the good ones, though, so trying to find out what the problem is on his end.
Today, the 16th of June and still nothing positive had happened concerning the resolution of this issue. I appreciate the efforts made in trying to resolve this issue but I am resigned to my fate of expecting nothing being done.
