I had a thread in this section regarding the lack of response related to two Ellis Island $25 Pit Vouchers won on the poker site. When I try to claim the prize, an X appears in place of a voucher.
I first emailed LVA twice, with no response.
I called the office, was told I would get get a call back which never called.
And I posted in this "customer service"thread for LVA Casino issues.
The poker site didn't cost me $, but the time spent playing and pursuing a response cannot be recovered, and so I will no longer purchase the coupon book, published books, or spend any more time or money associated with Las Vegas Advisors.
