My local buddy has handled most of my golf arrangements for years, so I haven't had the need for any service. At home, I've used both golflink.com and golfnow.com, both with success. I've checked them for Vegas teetimes for the hell of it and they're decent. It's still Vegas though and pricing isn't cheap. I did notice a few that were pretty good prices. Sorry, I don't remember which. You should have no problem getting solo times. One thing to remember when making reservations is to input your home zip. If I remember correctly, otherwise the default goes to the locals rate. Sounds good, right? I doubt it. If you reserve a locals rate, I'm pretty sure they'll want local ID. If you don't have it, they'll probably want thetourist rack rate, which will be higher than the golf service tourist rate. Just a head's up. Yake some time to check both for numerous courses. I'm sure you'll see some good rates. Also both GL and GN will probably show their best rates 2-3 days before you want to play. You shouldn't have any problems getting times. If you use one or both, give us a report. I'd be curious as to what you found.
