Cascata tip

So I got out to Cascata last week. We had a great time on the best course I've ever played. We had one caddy for the two of us and he was very helpful. It was the only time I've ever had a caddy. I've been playing for over 30 years.
Anyway, we gave him a tip of $140. Too much? Too little? I'd appreciate some informed replies.
thebat, for 2 of you you did fine. Keep in mind Cascata caddies (and Shadow Creek too) are forecaddies who ride on the cart, don't carry bags but do everything else. I tip $100 myself, only because it's Vegas and tipping is intergral to the trip.
Glad you liked the track, best greens in the whole greater Vegas area IMHO.
Who did you have caddie?
I've never bought into the it's Vegas/tip different mentality. For the services likely rendered, your tip was more than appropriate. Around the country you'll hear shop personnel/starters saying 25-40/person is standard for a forecaddy. I typically tip a carry caddy $100. I've done that from Pebble to Sawgrass to pro-ams at the Kraft Nabisco Championship and Reno-Tahoe Open.
Layne. He was a nice kid. I'm glad to hear we didn't under tip.
Only complaint I have about Cascata is how fast we got around. It seemed over too quickly!

I played there in March. We tipped caddy $100. that was going rate. Hands down, the hardest course I've ever played. We loved it. If we didnt have the caddy, we probably wouldve 5 or 6 putted many of these super fast greens.
