I've only played there once, and that was 5 years ago (or more). From my recollection, it's not a bad golf course. Like many, it winds through a real estate development so most holes are lined with houses on both sides. Seems like there were a couple of pretty nice par-3's over water. I don't remember this so much, but it has the reputation of being pretty tight.
I'd probably play it more often, but it's on the other side of town from where I'm usually staying. And when I do head that direction, it's hard not to drive another few miles out to Paiute.
Hopefully someone that has played it recently can give you a better description of it.
