Reflection Bay or Paiute?

I am going to Vegas the first week of October and taking my son to play golf. The choices are Reflection Bay, but they just open 1 October after a month closing for over-seeding and cart path only OR Paiute (probably Sun or Snow) as Wolf is closed the week before for over-seeding.

I've done both before and my son has played neither. Which would you play?

Both are good choices. I would pick the Pauite for two reasons. First, I love playing unhindered by housing. It's like you're really out for a relaxing round. Anytime I play through a housing development it feels like I'm in the middle of the city. The second reason would be cartpath only. This is much slower than walking the course and frustrating if you don't fade or slice the ball. Take him to the Pauite. I'm sure he'll enjoy it.

Good Luck!

Thank you!
I played Reflection Bay on a special from www.teeoff.com for ~$100 per person. It was a great deal and we had the course to ourselves on 10/3/2016. The group loved the course and it was in great shape. FYI - there is no longer a driving range at Reflection, but they have a net you can hit balls into to warm up. We will be back!
