gonna be in town the end of april, and staying at the flamingo. Is the Go pool a cool place for some forty something year olds. would like to hang out with a good mix of ages, not just older crowd, any info would be great.
Honestly, the crowds are more fun on a Monday than they are on a Saturday.
It is an older crowd on a Monday that has left the kids at home and they are ready to have fun. The Sat. crowd is too busy trying to maintain their reputation with their friends. I would rather hang with the crowd that is having fun knowing that they will never see these people ever again.
I have been there for two Saturdays and one Monday. Monday was a more genuine and free (if you know what I mean) crowd.
So are there two pools at the Flamingo? The regular one and the GO one? We have a room booked there for a couple nights for our upcoming trip, are both pools free to hotel guests? Or do you have to be staying in a GO room to go to the GO pool? (hee hee, too many 'go's' there!) Thanks,
I noticed that the LVA listing for the GO pool no longer includes an icon for topless. Also that was a comment from June that there was a sign saying "No Topless Sunbathing". Has the GO pool become one more pool for the "Pampers as swimwear/screaming, splashing rugrat bunch" or is it still an Adult pool?
