Pool Cocktails

I don't usually spend much time at the pool since it can be pretty hot out there but am considering doing so next trip. What's the usual tip for the poolside cocktail waitresses? Same as when I'm gambling?
Also, I usually don't bring $$ with me to the pool - I can just charge to my room, right? Including the tip?

Yes you can put charges to your room and you can also include the tip in the charges to your room. I tip 20%-25% but I think I tip a little higher than the norm.
