Are Member Meets a euphemism for hooking up for sex? And does money change hands?

I have been to numerous meets and they have just been meet and greets. Have a cocktail or two,swap stories,and just get to know one another.

We have been to two member meets in the past and nothing like that has ever occurred.

We had one member meet at the Wynn that was nice but maybe a bit fu-fu for us. Drinks were pricey there! Probably 7-8 people came.

We had our second member meet was at Main Street Station at the Triple 7 Brew Bub. It was a Big 10 themed member meet that most of us were from cities where there are Big 10 schools and we all wore our Big 10 themed shirts. VERY FUN! BBKing may remember that one! It was a lot of fun talking Vegas, Big 10 and sports.

Good clean fun!

I have been to several meets and don't remember this particular one.All the meets I have been to have been a good time.

I have been to two meets.
The 1st one was at the Maine Street Station brew pub. It was cool to put a face with some of the names you see on the boards. 10 people showed up, everyone was cool and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. One guy brought scratch tickets for everyone.
The second one I had high hopes for as it was Halloween and everyone was to show up in costume. Only 3 people showed up.
Alas, as pretty as some of the ladies were no hanky panky was brought up!........ while I was around anyway
