Well I got an email from NYNY that my Holiday Gift Shoppe Points were building and to keep playing so I can shop for more stuff. Why it came from NYNY, I don't know - I played in every MRI casino in Vegas 2 months ago. With the points I have accumulated, I might be able to acquire a bookmark or something of similar value.

Well, Now MGM gives me the op to Pay to stay at
Bell AND Aria. How nice of them.

Whatever happened to Comp stays?
Not even Excal or NYNY? Luxor? Are they kidding me?

I just received an e-mail from a host at NY NY. It is for 3 nights over New Years Eve and includes $200 in free play.

I haven't stayed or played at NY NY in over 10 years. I've given the Monte Carlo, Luxor, MGM Grand and the Mirage some good play over the last few trips, and My Mlife account says I'm almost at Platinum, but I have ZERO offers when I log in. I have no idea how their system works.

Don't feel bad....neither do they! LOL

Hard to believe that the first month of the quarter is almost gone and still no corporate offers.

I'm not expecting much as it was pretty much turn and burn for the Fall offers outside of MGM itself.

The local free play offers have gone down as well. A friend who was getting $100/wk. and giving $30K+ CI every time she redeemed her free play has seen her weekly FP drop to $25/wk. We were at $50/wk. but as of now, don't have anything from here on out. Based on her experience, it may be safe for us to assume we're not going to get any.

The reason that MGM people don't post as much is that we are all know-it-alls and don't have much to ask. It's the CE folks that post endlessly about what kind of potato chips are served in the DL in Joliet

Oops, this thread is about offers. I'm good for free rooms at Mirage, Bel and MGM until 03/31/12 with small amounts of freeplay, which is about what I deserve. Luxor and NYNY offers lame discounts, what's that about?

Another week has gone by & no movement in mgm catergory.
Just like my offers.

So I get this email yesterday from MGM announcing the improved M-LIFE web site that is much more user friendly.
I logged on and found the same-old same-old. My sorta decent offers now extend until 04/30/12

Received an offer to stay at Aria for $109/night (mid-week) with a $50 resort credit. But in August, Aria and the rest of City Center was pumping the perfume through the vents which gave my better-half a huge headache, so this offer would be a no-go even if it were comped. And why in the world is a property as new as City Center already using the perfume???
