Bellagio penthouse suite and chairman's lounge access

Dear Group:

A host recently helped arrange for an upcoming Bellagio stay in a penthouse Lakeview suite. I am trying to figure out if it comes with access to the chairman's lounge or not. Bellagio's own site mentions that it includes "check-in at the chairman's lounge," but is it just a check in there or do we have full access to the services there? The Bellagio site then goes on to describe the many benefits of the chairman's lounge, which includes roundtrip limo, food etc.

When I queried the host, the response was just that we should " check in at the VIP lounge". Does anyone know? Thanks.

if the chairman's lounge is in vip check in it's really not that special. coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and maybe cookies and fruit.
