Departure times for junkets

We received our first offer from MGM for a junket Beau Rivage.
The flight is scheduled to leave about 3PM next Friday but we were told we need to call an 800 number that morning to verify the departure time.
Has anyone been on one of these junkets before? Did the departure time change?
It makes me nervous that I might need to take off from work earlier than I have advised my boss.

Departure time is based on positioning planes and where plane is coming from--charter service, not domestic---you will be pretty close----we were on time both times from Atl to GPT--that said, it is a charter plane---very nice plane---free drinks to Beau---nothing coming home---sit back and enjoy

BIL/SIL are leaving out of Greenville/Spartanburg on a Wed at 3:45 and depart out of GPT on a Saturday at 3:00---we are meeting them there--I'll be waiting at the breeze bar :-)
