I was in Las Vegas in July and just moved up to Pearl. And now the Tier credits show zero as of October 1st. I thought we had a year with these points and was hoping to get to gold level in February. Looks like I will be starting over.
Yes, the mlife "year" runs from 10/1 through 9/30, so my account went to zero as well. As I understand it, you'll be no lower than Pearl for a year, and if you accumulate enough points for gold during the coming 12 months, then you'll be gold for the remainder of the time until next Oct. 1st. Then you start off 10/1/14 as gold. Someone else can probably explain this better than I did.
