M Life tier credits

I just logged in to M Life and my status is back to "you need 25,000 tier points to reach pearl" I was Gold in November and played a ton. I did not think that they reset at the beginning of the year as Harrahs does. I thought it was a rolling 12 months.

Does this matter? I read as gold and above you earn more bonus points. I do not want to lose that benefit if it is true.

Yesterday I checked the site and all of my points and offers were gone and I had the note "you need 25,000 points to reach pearl" A few hours later I checked and found all of my points returned, my platinum restored plus offers to 05/31, though the offers are weak.

it is a rolling 12 month. MLife's web site is not very good, and that is being kind.. I am platinum through 7/2012. According to the web site I also need 25000 points to reach Pearl. I called ARIA VIP to make a reservation, and asked about my status. She assured me that I am still Platinum, and that there had been many complaints about the info on the web. The next day I logged in and all of my points were restored and I was Platinum again. This morning I logged in and I am back to needing 25K for Pearl. i would not rely on the mLife site for any tier information.

Same thing happened to me. Three days before the first of the year I was reduced from gold to tin. Three days ago I checked and was still at zero. Just checked again and I'm back at gold. Go figure.

Is there a link to tell you what benefits are available at each teir...I could not find on the website.

Unfortunately the benefits seem to change often and the employees don't seem to know them

I just checked mine and I was dropped from gold to sapphire too. I guess I'll check in a few days to see what might have changed. This new system sucks. A year ago we were considered VIP's @ Monte Carlo and I called a month ago to see about a reservation for Feb. and was given my "gold tier" discount.

My points went away to zippo yesterday. What the hecks going on? computer glitch?

I just played there & went from Pearl to Gold last week, so its not like points went away because its been a long time, ya know? grrrrrrrrrr

I don't go there very much but did just take a look.

I have been downgraded to Gold. LOL

I think I messed up because I have been staying at M but stop in at MGM to play a session of Pai Gow every trip.

That must have been the cause of the downgrade.

Hey, that must be why they have also cut my comps in half!!! LOL

Well, I'll be staying at Aria next trip.
They have comped me in a corner suite for 3 days (but free play and food have been cut in half). I suppose if I play my usual amount they will put me back up.

However, reading this info here makes me
dubious.

M is fine but I need to find one more property just in case.

Points just returned to normal. Says I'm gold, which is where I should be, VS. down like jjjjjjjjjjjjjjj.
