M-Life

At what level do you start getting comped room offers with M-Life? Also, do they offer the comps up front before you book like CET or do you have to stay and play first, then ask?

We are gold tier and since the Mlife program started, we get the occasional 1 comped night. This started the year after Aria opened and we had been pretty much exclusive MGM players. We had been considered VIPs @ Monte Carlo for what it was worth. We stayed 3-4 nights @ a time comped @ Aria the first year. Our play didn't change but the Mlife offers did. Gold is their mid level tier, you'd think we'd get more comped nights in that tier. Only pearl and sapphire are below it. I read your thread about CET changing but we gave Mlife a year w/the new program and the offers never got better. We got better comp offers @CET with just a gold card. This year was our first time to hit platinum so I haven't had but 2 trips to experience platinum perks. I average 4 trips per year, 3 night min stay usually, hubby comes with me @ least 3 times and we've been treated better by CET than Mlife. It's sad, I made friends with a couple of MGM pit bosses and since the offers dried up, we don't seem to get to see them as often as before.

Thanks TECramer. Me and wife usually make 3 to 4 trips a year also. I have been Platinum with CET for about 4 years and felt the program was pretty fair, but I am having a hard time with them raising the tier requirements. I may stay with CET if i keep getting good room comps. I guess they have to do something to pay for their new Linq project. Will see, but thanks again.

Dallasc as someone who only goes a few times a year you should find it easier to make Platinum now than before. Just concentrate your play onto a few days (always a good idea anyway).

Offers are NOT tied to tier level. They are tied to your ADT/Theo.

You can be Gold and get better offers than a Plat player - it is all based on your average play.
