MGM MLife Website Issues...........

Anyone else having probs with their site?

My password changed, and now when I try to Re-set the password, it doesn't stick.
As soon as I log out, it reverts back to "their" password.

Also my State went away. You can't choose what State you live in. lol.
If you click on "Select" theres nothing to Select from. lol
LOOK & see IF your state shows?
THey are always having issues with it. You would think a multi billion company could get a web designer and IT team that can run a web site...lololol
I don't even go there. Not worth the aggravation until somebody reports they've fixed it right.

Just tried it. Still can't put in State, and still can't change/save Password.
Its acting the same as yesterday.
C.L.V. I tried logging on a couple of months ago, after getting an email with a picture of en envelope/invite from the President of MGM/Mirage stating that they had a "Special invitation" for me. I put in my digits and password... No luck. Clicked "forget password". They sent me a new password. New password...no good. Called 5 times and the 5th time got a "phone person".

She stated that they have been having problem. And to try back in a week.

2 weeks later...I went through the whole process again and got the same results. New pass word...same results. I then sent Mlife an email that I would appreciate it if they didn't send me another damn thing. I also told them that I have never been so frustrated dealing with a casino's online system in my life.

The password they sent me Does work. But I can't change it to anything else.

Basically, whatever is in your Account..........you can't change or update the Info.

Other issues..........used to be worse, as weve been there, thru the past few months of their
New website. sigh.

I think they never should have changed from the mega- MGM, to (stupid name) MLife.
Thats when lotsa probs began.........
It's ridiculously bad and frustrating.

I have offers that show up and disappear within hours of each other. Offers are now outdated. Difficult to navigate.

Frustrated w/ Total Rewards as well. These companies keep "upgrading" but do nothing but screw stuff up and frustrate their most loyal players.
