MGM offers for Dec. through Mar.

I just looked at the MLife website and my tier was reduced to tin from Platinum although my Platinum card has an expiration date of 6/2012. Hmmmmmm I made Platinum on July 4th weekend last year. love to hear this explanation

so I called Aria and the VIP rep told me it was a "glitch" and that I am still a Platinum member, although the days i wanted to stay on my offer are sold out.......lot of good Platinum does me LOL

Interesting...I just checked the website again and I'm still zeroed out at tin. And I made gold in May of 2011.

Sounds like a consistent problem.....we're both Noir but both their regular and mobile websites show us as Saphire.

They are really screwed up....never had fewer offers from them in Vegas than I do right now (which BTW is exactly zero).

Barb just ran $283K coin in at MGM on New Year's Day.....if this doesn't generate some offers, I don't know what will.

I just checked my MGM, and I'm Tin- at Sapp. too.

For anyone who gives a rats a$$........ Ven/Pal is having the SAME glitch.
If you aren't listed at the correct level? Give them a call.
They have inundated with people Not being listed at the correct level after Jan. 1.

so I logged on to Mlife today and my 315K tier points are displayed and my status is correct as Platinum. no more offers though LOL
it's crazy. Mlife definitely needs to get its act together before it totally alienates all of its clientele.....

Hence, my Ven/Pal reference.......V/P ate crow for a year before they decided to activate
all their old offers for their exsisting clientele. However, they pissed off a majority in the meantime.

CE has foibles, and I've had some issues with Stations offers too........I guess they all have PROBS.

But, MLife not listing offers, is a big no-no. Maybe they should get rid of MLife & go back to MGM?
