MGM Win/Loss statement, is there any way to EASILY Get One?

MLife, seems to be one of the few behind the times, with ease of getting Win/Loss statements.

I found "Tax Info" on our Online acct., but I continue to get an ERROR message.

Can anyone tell me easiest way to get W/L statement from Mlife?

Otherwise I plan to show up in person next trip. sheesh.

Here's what I got from the web site:

"The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request."

Showing up in person sounds like a plan.

I haven't even received my W2 from work yet.

I sent an email to the address for tax information and it got sent back to me. I also called the number and it asked me to leave a message. We have everything else ready to get 'er done except we need that to offset a win.

There's gotta be a better way............CE easy, Stations got easier, Ven/Pal easy, etc.

For such a huge Corp., MGM needs to get with the program and make this alot easier. Dontcha think?

So has Anyone gotten their W/L from MGM? And if so, HOW did you get it?
