Mlife : comped in one property but playing in another

I know this question has comes up before, but would like to hear recent experience.

I get comps to Bel and Aria, and the hotels are nice. However, I really want to play at MGM or Monte Carlo. I don't like staying at these two properties.

Question, if I stay at Bel but play heavy at MGM, am I going to lose comps from Bel?

I have asked a host who insists that I must play where I stay. OK, I understand his agenda.
I don't mind working through marketing.

As a side note, CET appears flexible on this.

Just curious why you want to play at two second tier MGM properties since you are already comped at the two nicest ones.
Since you don't want to stay at either property are you looking for a change in gambling venue to change your luck?
That is the situation I am in.
I have got crushed at Aria the last three stays. I want to stay there as I love the property and even the casino but need to change my luck.
My host said they want you to primarily play at the hotel where your offer is.

There is a specific game that I want to play, and Bel and Aria don't have it.
