MyVegas on Facebook

On Saturday (3/23) my husband I each "purchased" 2 nights @ NYNY costing each of us 125,000 LP's. It took four more days trying to reach them by phone to redeem. Finally, yesterday (3/27) we got through to a reservationist. Our dates were available (Mon - Thurs) in June and she was able to link the reservations for us so we don't need to switch rooms over the four day period. We appreciated that they'll do this. If you're willing to play, wait, stalk, and keep trying, you may succeed. I find that MGM resorts overall are becoming more and more appealing by the day (despite the hoops). Especially since the same four nights we were offered as a COMP at Bally's would have included their new $15resort fee per day - pphhhffft. CET is getting worse, making MGM more and more appealing by the day. The four night room comp, sans a resort fee, at NYNY alone is enough for us to defect from CET to MGM properties.
WOW! I just looked at the rewards and the Luxor and Excaliber steak restaurants were increased to 150,000 points (up from 75,000). Yikes - maybe there will be some availability now!

Can you only redeem 3 rewards all together or is it 3 a month? Thank you for your help
You can purchase as many rewards as your Loyalty Point balance permits. However you can only "use" 3 rewards per trip with a 30 day space between trips. The number of rewards permitted per player can vary depending upon when the reward was purchased (prior to Jan 16th) or if the player purchased a number of chip packages to play the game. Those who purchased chips can have 4 or more rewards they can "use" per trip every 30 days. The word "redeemed" causes a lot of confusion since it is still being used in the reward menus and FAQs, however the X number of rewards per player is the number that can be consumed during a trip. Clear as mud?

The program is constantly changing and definitely not for the player's benefit.

I used a Mirage Buffet when I was in Vegas two weeks ago. It won't let me purchase the buffet now so I think you may be able to purchase the same benefit every 30 days...not sure but that is what it seems like.
There is no "time limit" on when you can repurchase another reward. Playstudios has informed on another site that when a player can purchase another reward (the same that was previously purchased) has to do with the number of rewards the casinos give them to use. When a particular batch of rewards has been purchased (sold out) and they receive a new batch, the system should let you buy it again. However, they also said on the low value rewards (such as most of the food items) they may never run out and therefore you would not be able to purchase the same one again. That all being said, if the rewards menu will let you make another purchase, then you should be good to go.
So, I have a problem, wondering if anyone else has run into this.

My wife and I have been playing MyVegas; we had purchased some rewards back in January, and noticed that all of them had my email address on them. It wasn't a problem to use them in Vegas, though.

We're trying to buy awards again this morning (Bellagio buffets, not easy to get) and keep getting an error: "The email associated with this account has already been used to purchase rewards on another account..." Both my wife and I get this error even after clearing cookies and our browser history, also if we use other email addresses that we've never used before. I figure it may be related to the email address problem back in January. Any ideas? Hate to be screwed.

Thanks!

I'd call the MyVegas number. I think someone posted a little while back that they were having some kind of glitch in their system.
Didn't think there was a phone number. You don't have it by any chance, do you?
855-881-6074 was the number I called
