Well, sorry, but no donut. I just called that number, and they only redeem certificates, don't do any kind of tech support. The guy was friendly enough, gave me the URL for support (I've already sent a couple of requests there, haven't heard back) and said that he didn't think there was a tech support phone number.
They must have different offers for different players. I haven't seen any buffets available for months, nor steakhouse dinners since early March. The free rooms at Luxor are gone for me, with only the 25% discounts available. Are others still seeing buffets, etc? I never saw the steakhouse offer double in points, just saw them disappear while they were still 75000 points - ironically, just 2-3 days before I attained that many.

We're on the East coast and, if I look around 10 to about 10:15 AM, I can usually find them. If you go back and forth between Rewards and Games, they refresh that way easier.

If you are a local you will not see the rewards offered to folks from out of town.

They restock the rewards between 7am and 730 am Vegas time.
You must go the rewards and click on the reward and back to browsing continuously until the green tab on the reward lets you continue on. Don't wait for the available sign on the front it might never appear. You must be extremely fast typing in your info Have your email address copied and paste it.It might take a few tries.

for support go to the bottom of your strip page and fill out a work order.
They should get back to you and be able to fix the email situation but it might take some doing.

Thanks, Roxane. I've sent about 8 messages in the past four days, still haven't heard back. Too bad they don't have a phone number.

Thanks - I thought that may be the case. I should have started playing last year, instead of waiting until March or so....they just pulled all of those offers in the last month or so for locals.
