I think so? Let me preface this by saying I'm Platinum level because my wedding reception was able to be applied to my MLIFE account. My wife and I hardly gamble. Compare your MLIFE offers to mine this and lets see:

I'm headed to Aria in 2 weeks and will be staying in a Corner Suite Strip View for 5 nights and my out of pocket expense for just the room (without tax and resort fees) is $545. I then received an upgrade offer for $75/night for the suite. It worked out to be 2 nights @ $85 each and 3 nights comp'd plus the upgrade of $75/night x 5.
