Pretty disgusted with Mlife

I agree. I play only slots and since I returned on a freebie slot tournament to Caesars last year, I continue to receive offers, separate from my monthly CET offers, for free Caesars rooms. Thanks to someone on the boards' advice, I concentrate my play only at Caesars, not at any of the other CET properties. I think that is why, even though I am a low roller, that they continue to comp me.

This may prove my point. I tried a visit to CP paying for two nights on a deep discounted rate offered on the TR site. I reviewed my play with a host. Eight hours of play at baccarat, avg. bet $150,
two hours at some carnival games. Texas Holdem Bonus, avg bet $100.

OK, I am planning a return trip, what kind of room offers can I get.
Answer, none. "You put in the time, but your average bet was too low."
Gee, I didn't know this was such a fancy place.

Holy crap! That's ridiculous!

Suggest you wait for the marketing offers to roll in. I like Caesars for the comps, but their Host situation (their host office) is abysmal, IMO. Snottiest people I ever encountered.

My experience is very similar to JMDLV1.
I have given up on CET. My table play at CET has been getting me mid week room offers at the lowest properties. The same play at MLife has been getting me free rooms at BEL, Arria, Mirage , and MGM.

The explaination is simple. I do not play slots or any type of machine.

This is why I don't even have a players card at CET.

Yes, MLife's site is just plain terrible.
I rarely visit there. I just go by snail mail
and email offers.

I don't blame you table players for steering clear of Harrahs props.

But heres a new wrinkle I just encountered with Mlife.

Tell me if anyone else has had this happen recently:

I got a few email offers from Bell this week, including tix to Bonjovi, and another for VanHalen,
and another.....can't remember who it was?

So I call the # listed to book Bonjovi stay & tix. Mlife person says, "Ok, I will put in your REQUEST,
for the nights you want and let you know IF its been Approved....whats the best # to reach you in a few days?"

Since when is booking an Offer, a REQUEST????

After I got off the phone, took all the restraint I had Not to call them back, and tell them where to
stick their asinine approval.

Here's my guess:

They only give out so-many tickets and then they disseminate them in the order of your standing with MLife.

But I could be wrong as my wife constantly
reminds me.
CLV I have not heard that one before.
You deserve credit for not telling them to stick it.
I have not called about an offer since New Years so this may be a new policy.
Have you checked with a host?
I don't have a host there, and my guess a Bell host wouldn't want to be bothered.
Never had a problem booking offers before.
If they don't have enough tickets? Then you are told while trying to book the offer.
Not wait & see, IF I'm worthy to book, or some such nonsense.
If its a new policy, its not good.

CLV, I would ask them for the tickets forthwith or else.

When you hear a stall that's never a good sign.

I'd call them again and get a different person.

Sometimes that tactic does wonders.

What jjjj21 said, CLV!!!

Sounds like you got "Peggy" when you called the Mlife number.

Call Bellagio direct 888-987-7111. Get tough with 'em.

Don't wait. Bonjovi will go fast.

jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj & Candy,

Thanks for lighting a fire under my feet. I Called again & spoke with someone who Wasn't Peggy! lol

You were both right. Talked with someone else, and got a different take. Why didn't I think of that?

This person sounded like she knew what she was talking about, and apologized for the "approval" speech.

Oh, and Yes, I got the tickets & 3 nites comped......renovated room with fountain view req. Thats more like it.
