Pretty disgusted with Mlife

You go CLV!
Just called my host at Aria for first the time since Dec and asked about an offer that was for 3 nights in a suite /$300 f&b credit and 2 for 1 tx to any MGM show.

He comped the full 5 nights I will be there and added 2 comp tx to any show instead of 2 for 1.

So I'm happy and I'm glad you tried again CLV.Looks like you just got he wrong person!

way ta go CLV... tix and 3 comped nights.
Peggy is that Russian guy from the commercials, right? ~~Me name Peggy, transfer you now..beep~~
YES 'Cat...........THAT Peggy! Voicemail hell, or just talking to the Wrong person.

I just called to book another MGM offer, and spoke with another good one, Not Peggy.

Will call back from now on, if ever Peggy-esque again.

I'm not an MLife player, however, I have a general question. If someone has a situation similar to CLV's where the newbie on the phone reads from the script, can one call the "host on duty" to book the offer? Or, do the "hosts on duty" only deal with players assigned to them?

I can't figure out why, as a gold member, I've got zero comped rooms, while my friend, who is pearl, routinely gets three comped nights at Aria with $150 food credit - and she played there once for 15 minutes, while I spent hours there my last trip in December.
Seems totally random and, well, annoying!

In their mind they have you in the hand. The guys in the bush drive them crazy, they want them in hand so bad. The idea that they are playing at a competitor............outrageous.

I agree. I play only slots and since I returned on a freebie slot tournament to Caesars last year, I continue to receive offers, separate from my monthly CET offers, for free Caesars rooms. Thanks to someone on the boards' advice, I concentrate my play only at Caesars, not at any of the other CET properties. I think that is why, even though I am a low roller, that they continue to comp me.

This may prove my point. I tried a visit to CP paying for two nights on a deep discounted rate offered on the TR site. I reviewed my play with a host. Eight hours of play at baccarat, avg. bet $150,
two hours at some carnival games. Texas Holdem Bonus, avg bet $100.

OK, I am planning a return trip, what kind of room offers can I get.
Answer, none. "You put in the time, but your average bet was too low."
Gee, I didn't know this was such a fancy place.

Either she's nuts, and her boss would kick her a$$, or they have your av bet wrong, maybe they dropped
the zeros, or she can't interpret numbers and her boss is even madder. Did you verify what your av bet is showing? Those figures would get you noticed anywhere in Vegas. She thinks she is in Macau, perhaps?
