Redeeming MyVegas rewards

I am trying to redeem reward points. After hitting the confirm button, a screen pops up saying that the email account associated with this account is being used by another to redeem rewards. This is my correct email address. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix my problem?
Either call the MyVegas number or open a new email account. My husband & I each have different email accounts just for playing MyVegas.
I'd call them. What if someone is fraudulently using your email address?
I got the same error. I think they have "another" IT issue with their system.

That same issue is popping up for a few people. At the bottom of the game page there is a support link, get in touch with them to resolve it.
I got a response from site IT folks, they had an "issue" over the weekend, should be okay now!
YEp - happened to me. I had to send several explicit emails to the IT support. Also called the (800) number which was less helpful. I had to change BOTH my facebook email and MYVEGAS email. After about three days and four different support people trying to handle my problem, it was resolved and I purchased my reward.
I emailed MyVegas and they were very helpful. Was able to redeem points for two premium tickets to Ka. Thanks for the information!
