My wife and I celebrated our 31st Anniversary with 3 nights at the Signature at MGM. The hotel was very pleasant, the room clean, the furniture and bedding comfortable and the bathroom huge. We had a 1 bedroom balcony suite and the only drawback was that the view was of the airport. Dinners at the MGM were at Emerils & SeaBlue. Both were above average and the service was prompt.
This was our 5th year celebrating in Vegas, and we are planning to return next year also, probably at Thehotel @ Mandalay Bay. My wife likes to change hotels every year to get a different view of the town. If it were up to me I would stay downtown at the Nugget every year.
Oh yea, it was also the first week of March Madness so the town was quite crowded. The trip out from Charlotte was full of guys going out for the first round, and that's all we heard the entire trip. Next year we will go the week before this happens.
