I wanted to know if they changed the computer check in system. He started as a front desk clerk and you could see his frustration. At least he got a feel for how much energy and personality it takes to do most of those floor jobs well. We should all remember how hard all of those people are working to make our days more pleasant. I know I will try to be aware on my next trip.
