Which restaurants at MGM are owned by the casino?

There is a great promotion tied in with NFR for view rooms @ $51/night with a $75 dining credited but it's restricted only to those owned by the hotel. I'm concerned that this will eliminate most of the star chef places from consideration.

I may be wrong but I think only the buffet and coffee shop may be owned by the property
