I too am having major problems with getting a Win/Loss Statement from MGM-Mirage. I have went to the online website multiple times only to get an Error Message every time. Sent multiple emails to the email address given - no reply. Called the 866 number given for the tax statement. Always a recorded message saying either closed or helping other people, leave a message. I have left multiple messages - no reply. Finally got a fax sheet and tried to fax that office. It would not go through even after multiple fax machines used. Called the VIP reservations office. They said they could not help and had no idea what I could do. What is up?????? Couldn't someone in this company at least tell me something! Does anyone know what is going on? (I even sent a email to the LVA QoD to see if they knew anything)
