3 item redemption limit within 30 days

I purchased a reward for Bellagio buffet on January 20th. I wasn't able to use it on my last trip. My question is will I be able to redeem 3 more items after 30 days from January 20th or is it 3 items redeemed at an MLIfe booth. I was hoping to use my Bellagio Buffet Early March before 90 days has gone by plus an additional 3 items for that same trip.

The timing is when they're redeemed at the M Life booth, regardless of whether they're purchased as a reward more than 30 days apart. Based on what you've described below, you'd have to decide whether to drop your Bellagio reward, or use it and drop 1 of your other 3. As long as you haven't already redeemed for hotel or show, you can call the # on your reward info and get your loyalty points back for whatever you don't redeem, if less than 90 days from when you purchased it.
