Back to back nights at same hotel with MyVegas rewards?

The instructions confuse me, they say redemption is limited to 3 for the room comp -- along with the limit of 3 MGM rewards regardless of category within the 90 days. So I am not sure if I can use them back to back for rooms up to 3 nights.

Has anyone tried it? I guess I could use one Luxor and go next door to Excal but would rather not move.

They should accommodate with no problem. We just booked a weekday and weekend night stay at Aria back to back.It's too bad that they stopped offering the two night comps.
