Redeeming MyVegas awards has been very hit or miss for me over the past couple years so I thought I would share a positive experience.
The wife and I both had enough points for Love tickets but they were always sold out. She joined a Facebook group titled "MyVegas friends rock" where people would post as soon as rewards were refreshed. Yesterday she received the notification from Facebook in the afternoon and texted me immediately. We were both able to get a Love ticket for 48,000 points. Last night we pulled up the redemption email on separate computers and picked seats next to one another. The redemption was completely comp'd and within a couple seconds we both had .pdf tickets in our email.
