Bellagio Buffet pass 34,000 LPs Is it just a line pass or does it include your meal also?

There's a complimentary Bellagio buffet pass for 34,000 LPs. After reading the description I'm still not sure if it includes the meal also or if it is just a line pass. Breakfast or lunch time offer.
Also, can I purchase 2 of these on my account or only 1?

Have end of January trip planned and would like to go to Bellagiio for lunch.
