Best MyVegas Rewards if you're NOT staying @ MGM Property?

We are booked at El Cortez 7/26 - 7/31 (Sun - Friday) and therefore able to comply with the Sun-Thurs restrictions; however, we're not staying at My Vegas (MGM) hotels. I'm noticing most rewards require you to stay in order to redeem?

DH has 500,000+ LPS and I have over 300,000.
Any recommendations on food/buffet comps we can redeem without staying on-site?

Cirque shows are still a good value (KA, Zarkana, Zumanity)
The only buffets I recommend are Bellagio & Mirage. Bellagio is high--272K for 2 lunch buffets. Mirage each of you could buy 1 lunch buffet for 35K, so a good value.
The lunch buffets are much less costly than the dinner ones, and if you eat late, you could consider it dinner.
Aria is OK--you could get a 2/1 buffet there.
We are comped at CET properties, so this is about all we are down to these days. Too bad.

I thought about just getting a low reward cost room for 1 night and get the Bellagio buffet reward, but decided to get a 2 for 1 Bellagio dinner buffet instead(no room stay required). Even at the lower properties there is still a resort fee to pay.

Some of the cafes at the various properties have $10 or $20 dining credits rewards with no room stay required. Be sure to click on the item and read the full description as there are some that are dining credits if you spend $75 & up.

Last night 5/7 I was able to get Carnegie deli (at Mirage) 2 for 1 sandwich offer. No stay required nor $ amount required. Figured we'd split one and take the other back to our Ballys room for later snaking.

Since you are not going until July, just keep checking to see what's available. No cost for us is best, but I really like Bellagio buffet and only having to pay for 1 is acceptable.

It's a little deceiving if you look at the buffets that show "sold out" as the little key for required hotel stay doesn't show up once it's sold out. I kept thinking too bad I missed getting those until I figured it out.

How often are the show offers replenished? We are heading to Vegas in August....

We noticed most offers were replenished around midnight EST. which is 9 pm Las Vegas time. We traveled in May to Las Vegas and enjoyed using the comps earned at MyVegas.com (2 tixs to the Ice Bar, Zarkana, Love and our favorite Ballagio Buffet (lunch - went at 2:30ish and enjoyed the dinner change over). I purchased a $1.99 special on MyVegas which netted me an additional buy in rewards. Love tixs for $1.99 was a great choice as slots were on my side. We purchased 4 tixs for monorail in addition to the above which are not calculated as one of the four allowed. Since we are returning in August, I started playing MyVegas once we got back home to net a few comps for our August trip and have noticed after the last 3 updates, MyVegas has tightened up as much as the slots on the Strip. It was great fun while it lasted!

Pickings are slim to none nowadays. We're doing Tournament of Kings, free Corona at Excalibur, whiskey tasting at Monte Carlo, unless we get there and then decide not to. Then I'm done with MyVegas.

I was wondering about your purchase of $1.99 special...........is that still going on? And if so , how do I find it? Thank, Kathy
