HELP

Can't get direction on this. My understanding is that you can only use 3 rewards in a 30 day period. I am never in Vegas within 30 days so I get three rewards every tim I go! A few times I got the Mirage buffet and used them more than 30 days apart.

I am heading out in a few weeks and it has been 30 days since I went last. Now when I go in to get my Bellagio Buffet it says I can't redeem? Why is it giving me this message when it has been over thirty days since I used it?

Certain items come in "batches" and you are usually only entitled to one reward out of that batch. When it runs out and is replenished you can get another. Unfortunately it is not very clear when a new batch comes into play sometimes (occasionally the reward will disappear then come back with a new price).

Yes you get 3 every 30 days. We have been twice this year, april and august and have gotten 3 rewards each both times. You can only get a reward once but if the price changes or the reward goes away and comes back then you can get it again. There are also rewards that don't count toward the 3. The monorail, sugar factory and wolfgang puck are all rewards that you can get on top of the 3 rewards. Have a great trip!
