What level would get something like a Bellagio buffet? I am level 83 and I see things like drinks, pizza, Monorail tickets.

I just checked my husbands at level 69 and I see the Bellagio lunch buffet listed with his.

I think the Bellagio buffet unlocks at level 65.

Does it show when it is sold out? I never see it at level 83.

Yes, it shows. Not sure why you aren't seeing it. It shows and has the usual sold out banner on it.

I see it now! I didn't know I had to click on a choice of price category. I see lots of cool stuff now.

Check around 10 am or so EST and you can usually get it. It sells out pretty quickly!
