After you acquire the lp's by playing the game you then use them to "purchase" an award. If it is a room voucher you call the number you are given and book your room with the confirmation number . If you have food vouchers you go to the M life desk and give them your confirmation no and they give you a voucher to be turned in at the bar or restaurant . If it is show tickets you call the number in advance , give them your confirmation number and they will assign you seats but you again have to go to the M life desk and get a voucher to take to the box office.
They did have some great rewards now not so much. I have 3 mil chips and 400,000 lp's with nothing worthwhile to spend them on. I got lucky and booked my Sept. rooms back when they had suites and no resort fees now you can only get regular rooms and have to pay the resort fee .
