new policy when redeeming show tickets

In the past when I redeemed show tickets I called MyVegas and they took care of redeeming my tickets. It was extremely easy and the employees were very helpful. I just purchased tickets to Love for myself, my husband purchased one on his account and my girlfriend purchased one on her account. When I checked the confirmation email, there was no number to call to redeem the tickets. It said click here to redeem my reward. The link takes you to your account on Mirage and you proceed to redeem only your ticket. There is NO WAY to coordinate 3 different redemptions for the same show. I attempted to redeem my ticket but kept getting errors to try again because nothing matched my request. Found a number to contact MyVegas. The girl that there said yes they started a new process and if I wanted her to book the tickets it would cost $15 per ticket. I asked her if there were tickets available for the date and time I had tried to book.......she said yes there were seats available. I explained the website would not let me book it. She was very helpful....booked all 3 tickets and waived the fee. Will think twice before requesting any show tickets in the , since I may not be able to sit with the other people in my party.
What number did you call? We're having the same problem.
We only had two tickets to book and used the online process successfully for two different shows.

First, I checked through the regular show booking process to make sure the show wasn't close to sold out on the nights I wanted. I know that doesn't ensure myVegas availability, but it made me feel better.

My husband forwarded his myVegas confirmation emails to me.
I clicked on my email link, logged into my Mlife, and booked my ticket.
Then I quickly logged out of my Mlife and very quickly repeated the exact same process with my husband's link. I have all of our slot club ids/passwords saved on my laptop, and it really was less than a minute between our ticket redemptions. He was automatically assigned the seat next to me for both shows. I'm assuming that they have a block of seats for each show, and if no one else tries to book between your entries, you'll probably be sitting next to each other.

It has to be more difficult with more than two people or on really high volume shows. If he had been assigned elsewhere, I was just going to call the number to get one or both of us moved. I don't know if this move would have incurred a fee or not.
I no longer have the number. (you would think I would keep it). I do know I got it from the Mirage Players Club. The main number for Mirage is 702.791.7111 just ask for the club.

I just tried this with two tickets to Ka and Zarkana. Zarkana I couldn't book online, Ka I did with mine and about a minute later my wifes and I'm in row 2 of section 101 and she is like 2nd row from back in section 103. When I called them they said they would have to charge $15 to change one of the tickets, ok, but didn't want to pay as I have seen it twice already. Then she said neither of the two seats we had had another next to it available so she would have to change both and would be $30. Really?
