Easiest way to find out is to join MyVegas Rocks group.....the only official MyVegas Group. They have dozens of threads which outline exactly when and what can be used. FYI... limit to one doesnt mean EVER... if they change the price on it or alter the reward you can purchase it again. I have purchased the Monte Carlo 50 dollar reward three different times at three different LP prices and have been successful in redeeming it no problem.
