Their website indicates every day at 12pm Pacific time. I check rewards multiple times daily and this has been consistently occurring at 3pm Eastern time.
that is incorrect... they randomly reload between 7am-2pm Pacific Standard Time... used to be at a set time between 7-730 am but it changed a few months ago.
