Reward e-mail

I recently purchased two free buffets at myVegas. How long does it take before an e-mail about the purchase take? It has been 24 hours and I have not received an e-mail. What can I do to get authorization?

We've never gotten an e-mail. Just print out the confirmation page and take that to the players club and they'll take care of it.
As you can tell, I am not technology savvy. How do I get the screen to print? I tried prtScb /sysRq but nothing happened. I tried to right click and nothing happened. I have an updated version without a drop down arrow for printing. Please help.

I'm on Windows 7 and this works -

1) Open up new document in Word or whatever Word Processing software you have

2) Display the info about your reward in MyVegas

3) Hit PrtScn/SysRq

4) Go to Word and right click on paste, what you print screened will show up

5) Print the document


That being said - I always get the e-mail immediately. I would call the Contact number listed on the
award and asked to have it re-mailed

Easier and better. Open up the reward, click on File at the upper left hand corner of the task bar
and choose Print
I want to thank all that replied. My Windows 7 must have something blocked, I still could not paste the screen.

I did call the number on the purchased information and they said all that was needed was the number verification at the MLife counter and they would download the reward unto the card.
All you really need is to write down the confirmation number and take that to the m life booth.
