Rewards Suggestions

My wife and I just booked an after Thanksgiving trip to Vegas and I wanted to get some feedback on what others are using their points for. I have 260,000 points and the wife has about 210,000. We are already flying and staying for free this trip but we wanted to use our points wisely for food/beverage options. We would probably see 1 show while we are out there as we are seeing a concert already.

What would you use that amount of points for?

My point balance is nowhere near yours but what I would do is score two of the premium tickets for whichever Cirque show you want and check out the Foundation Room at House of Blues, perhaps using the LVA coupon to get entrees there (Mondays only, limited hours).

What I absolutely WOULDN'T do is pay the rediculous 5X increase for the 2 buffets. In any case you'd still have about 250,000 remaining in your combined accounts.
